How It Works for Investors
First of all, if you have been waiting for a long time to invest funds in real estate, you have come to the right place. You will be hard-pressed to find another platform where there are so many different real estate residential and commercial projects to choose from. More importantly, all of these projects have been verified before they were created on our website. Do keep in mind that many of the projects available for investing belong to us i.e. we have purchased them and want to convert them into high-paying resources.
Once you join the platform using the investor account, you can pick from many different real estate projects in our database. You can look through them as a whole or configure filters to separate certain types of projects. For example, you might be specifically interested in vacant pieces of land. If that’s the case, you can filter only the pieces of land from all other property types. In a similar way, you can look for projects that are under or within a certain value.
After selecting the project that interests you, you can invest in it by deciding the amount that you are willing to invest. Keep in mind that the amount does not have to be too big. We recommend that you invest small chunks of money in many properties rather than investing all of it in just one.
How it Works for Investment Seekers
We have thousands of investors on our platform who have signed up for the primary purpose of finding the right real estate projects. These individuals have the money to fund your project and are looking for great partnerships. If you are able to impress them through your project and show them the value of your creation, they will be more than willing to invest in you.
To do that, you have to create an investment seeker account with us first. Secondly, you will have to provide your personal and project details. While providing the project details, you will also have to put up an impressive sales pitch that will be shown to the investors for them to know about your project. Make sure the pitch is written professionally and persuasively.
The idea is for you to create a project profile and sales pitch that would make many investors invest funds in it. If you are using our mobile application, you will get the notifications of all the investments on your phone directly. Keep updating your investors on your project and its progress. Also thank them for their investments and see if you can offer them a reward of some sort.
